Have visited this store multiple times. They offer some variety in terms of fish. Their aquatic plant selection featured badly melted poor quality plants which I was told would be restocked a week later. A week later their plant selection was in as dismal a state. Haven't ever been approached by store staff and offered assistance, it's very much a this is what we have take it or leave it atmosphere. They may have more to offer shopping for a different type of pet.
Wonderful service and patience. They have a great range of enclosures, food and toys for uncommon pets not a cat, dog, fish or bird which is unique to this shop in mu experience. Very happy with my purchase of a rabbit hutch and so is my rabbit :.
I phoned in and spoke to a black gentlemen on the phone to ask about Pet Heating pads and he said that they have a 14watt one for R690. I asked him to describe it and he said it was "black" and that is it. I asked if I could speak to the manager and he said that the manager wasn't there and then I asked if I could speak to another person there and he said no one else was there. Tip Top service given over the phone.
Probably the best pet shop in the greater Pretoria and Centurion area. Easy access to ample and secure parking. Great collection of parrots and parrot paraphernalia. Great stockists of anything required for the reptilian pet owners. Ask to view their large African Rock Python collection. Good collection of fresh water fish. They even sell kittens from time to time. Even worth your while to just stop by and view the collection of animals with you young kids.

Very good service especially with the assistant catching the fish for you. He has a brilliant and astounding amount of knowledge about all the fish he works with, the only downfall I'd say the petshop has is the fact that it's a bit expensive, especially with tank ornaments etc.
Friendly and helpful staff. Fish are a little expensive. I'm not happy with the fact that one of my fish died 2 days after purchase. The fish were also put in a brand new tank that was properly cycled. It is highly unlikely for there to have been any diseases in the tank when the fish were put in their new home. Still my fish now have ich.
My husband and I walked into a completely empty store, the staff were nowhere to be seen. My husband and I walked around and looked at their reptiles, most of which weren't for sale. Eventually there were three staff members who entered the store and worked, but we weren't greeted or helped. Really awful. My husband said goodbye to one female staff member who was at the door and she looked at him and said nothing. Bad service is one thing, but manners are common courtesy. We won't be coming back.
The place is fine but looks nothing like the photos they don't sell birds or the athor animals on the list and they are super expensive.they only sell Bunnys,fish all the rest are for the owner
Fair selection of pet food & treats for a wide range of pets. Also ave some live fish, birds and snakes for sale. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Shop offers loyalty program that helps a bit.
