Quick and friendly service. The people working here seem to genuinely care for animals. I was quite anxious about leaving my dog with strangers, but they took very good care of him, and he came back looking great. The best is the prices, as they are really inexpensive. I will definitely use them again.
Our pets always look "brand spanking new" when they come home from here. They are super fast, always friendly, and very affordable! Make sure to phone for an appointment!
Took my two Scotties for their first Scottie cuts and very impressed with the service and timing. Highly recommended.
Dog always saved perfectly no issues.
We booked our doggy for 9h30, by 11h30 our doggy was still in the cage, untouched!!!! That is torture to a dog, sitting for so long in a tiny cage waiting and waiting. I then took him to Paw Palace just around the corner, can highly recommed as the women is a very caring elderly lady who doesn’t overbook, and I was able to get my doggy washed and groomed all within an hour.
Never got to take my cat there Long Hair Persian because instead of trying to make a buck, they told me that they will only work with cats under sedation, that a Vet will be in attendance, and referred me to my "normal" parlour who is closed currently. I appreciate the honesty and transparency and Kudos to them for rather NOT making the money and being honest. While I have no experience of their work, I certainly would recommend their commitment to openess and honesty - a rare trait these days ...
