Exclusive Virgin Hair Witbank

I ordered a Curly Pixie unit from exclusive virgin hair July 2022, come receiving the unit it’s a total disgrace!!! It looks old, used, not what I’ve seen on the picture. I can’t even talk about the quality of the Hair!!! It infuriates me why would you guys sell something like that! A whole R1300 down the drain. I’m not a happy client at this moment. How do I actually return the Wig!! I don’t want it!!!! What a disappointment! You guys are never getting my support again!Service: Hair extensions

I am not happy with my wig,Pixie hair full frontal.it looks likes has been used by grandma and the packaging is extremely bad.You can’t even know where the package is from because they just threw it in the plasticService: Hair extensions

I received very bad service at Sandton branch today, went to the store with my husband, they told us that only ladies are allowed at the store, men are not allowed because they will ask girls in the store for their numbers, I begged for him to come inside because he was the one paying for hair but they refused, saying that they don’t trust man,he will rob them...I mean how can he want other girls numbers while he is with me? he had to wait outside, I was so hurt and felt like they don’t care about their customers, even after I bought hair, while they were customizing my weave, they refused for him to come inside, so ya, we were treated like criminals or rather I say beggers

They are not organised. Nothing on display, you wait while theyvflip through a phone to find the right hair you want...when u do, it's not in stock. Their security guy was clearly sick but manning the door! Couldn't get out of there fast enough!
