CANCELLATION POLICY:
I understand that life gets busy and sometimes things just happen.
Please ensure to give me at least 24 hours notice to cancel any existing appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of half of the price of the scheduled service, to be paid prior to next booked appointment.
LATE POLICY:
Please be on time to your scheduled appointment as I book clients in a time sensitive manor. If you're late, then that puts me behind for my next client. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in having to reschedule appointment and pay a fee of half of the price of the service, to be paid prior to re-booking.
