Nail Studio and Beauty

I visited the studio today and I am very disappointed in the service. Service was extremely slow and once we were served the nail tech was inexperienced and unable to provide the service efficiently. Despite having prior requested to have acrylic nails done the technician couldn't provide the service and item were out of stock. The owner was aware of the situation and made no effort to make amends. Considering the high ratings and positive reviews, I expected better service.Service: Acrylic nails

I have been twice and have experienced the same lack of interest and passion in service on both occasions. Pedicure felt rushed and in some instances painful when she filed my toes and almost ripped my pinky toe. Nails if I refuse the fake tips then I get this judgement look of disappointment. Was never asked or prompted if I wanted nail art besides my requested colour and doesnt offer personal interest/experience in offering more to the client. when I asked for tips on the nails that had broken/cracked edge, I was assisted with 2 of the 4 nails that needed repair and told the gel would keep the other nails fine. I am writing this review because I had my nails done literally 4 days ago, the top coat is already cracking off, those broken edge nails she didn't repair have already started breaking through.
