Fish are dead and just left floating in the tanks among the other very sad alive fish... Obviously loadshedding makes it tough but it's beyond pathetic that they can't even scoop dead fish out a tank...

The contact number does not work. Just make sure that you check the expiration date if you buy medication for your fish. I was sold pond medic that I bought this year 2021 that expired in 2018.

Exotic pets??? I went to Crazy Pets in Hilton, the best pet shop in the area.

My go to aquatic store for all my necessities! There is always a wide range of fish at an affordable price. The owners are always helpful and welcoming.

This pet shop is one of my favourite pet shops in pietermaritsburg.The items are so much more cheaper than normal pet shops Making it affordable.I recently bought a hamster which is very healthy and worth the price.Even the staff are so friendly.I really recommend people to go to this petshop.

Well run store. Welcoming staff. Predominantly fish. The fish from here are less costly but currently appear to be less resilient. Knowledge and advice tend to alter with each consultation.

Next to no service to the point that it is a miracle to be able to pay for your stuff much less get advise on the fish you battled to have them get for you that has just been put in the display tanks only to have your R100 fish die that same day thanks to not being able to get advise from someone that doesn't even want to serve you

The gentleman is always willing to go above and beyond what's needed of him. He is the only pet store in pietermaritzburg to not rip anyone off on the price of all his stock
