Veterinary House Hospital

This was my 2nd visit with my little crossbreed puppy Dior...The vet was really kind and so patient,he answered all my questions and was really gentle with Dior and also shared some inside knowledge regarding the pavo outbreaks in puppies 4 to 5 months old ...he gave me good professionsl advice that I will apply to keep Dior happy and healthy..the 2 ladies at the front desk were very friendly ..and also willing to answer my questions on the various doggy treats for purchase.whilst waiting my turn I heard another vet advising a farmer on cow that had an abcess..of course the cow was not present...but the vet did prescribe an antibiotic and disappeared only to re-appear with a giant need filled with the antibiotic...the farmer seemed so relieved to collect this elixir for his cow and left soon after taking possession of it...I was struck by my own stupidity ...in my mind i had thought thst this was a place limited to dogs and cats but really these were Animal doctors...The Best!!!!

Such as awesome experience visiting the Vet House. The staff are so professional and so knowledgeable. The nurses and vets are so helpful, and have such a vast knowledge. My fur baby Zach was well taken care off. We were constantly informed of his well-being. We were even supplied human treats which i found to be such a unique and welcoming gesture. Highly recommended.

The most professional, caring, loving and considerate Vets, Sisters and staff that I have experienced towards Timba my cat and myself. After his operation I was called every day for updates on how he was doing, even so far as being sent beautiful videos of him showing his recovery. It really put me at ease knowing that he was so well taken care of and made feel so comfortable. Truly a home away from home. Highly recommend

The staff members are all welcoming, friendly and ready to assist. The vets on site are super friendly and live up to their service. The vets are equipped with excellent knowledge. There's safe and secure parking. During this lockdown period, they have their sanitizing facilities in check. Wide variety of pet products are available in store. Just one thing, prices are slightly high. The environment is great! Huge thumbs up .

Running a rescue facility for 200+ birds, with half a dozen rescue dogs, is not for the faint hearted. From days old babies brought to us, to 30+year parrots with injuries or a 53 year old with seizures, or special needs, this is the only vet practice we use. I cannot count how many of our animals have been treated by this practice, some by appointment especially during C19 and some on emergency. We are beyond blessed to be able to rely on the professionalism, dedication and commitment we have experienced by the management and staff. Some potentially life threatening situations were resolved by super fast treatment by this team of vets. No hesitation in recommending VHH- some of our babies whose lives have been saved, or improved from treatment here. We understand not all rescues can be saved, but VHH explores every avenue. For that we are eternally grateful.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Mackenzie for your swift response to our emergency call on the evening of 22nd of April and to all who touched Lola's life while under your care. It was very traumatic for us as a family but we were always well informed and with your guidance we made the right decisions and Lola is slowly on her way to recovery and back to her old sunny self.
