Prices excellent, very busy, and staff great. Parking a bit limited when very busy, but sufficient most of the time.

Bought 2 Sausage Rolls at the Shop in Eastliegh and I'm very disappointed with the product and service. The salt content in the sausage rolls was way too high and inedible, couldn't take more than the first bite when I went back to have the issue resolved, I was told to call the head office as they don't make the pies at the shop very disappointed

When you go to this shop, and you have to wait, then you know the product is good. Was happy with my purchase

The service at this place is atrocious. Ladies are bias and rude. Wont help warm food. Wont give manager's number. Wanted to have me removed by security for wanting to complain. Can someone assist with hq number.

The quality of the small pies our much to be desired, as i brought a dozen pies , and the weights varied from 106g to 180 g which tells me that there is no portion control, chicken curry pie had 3 piece of chicken and 2 pits of potato, the chicken pie i had had 6 bits of chicken and the base was raw. I would hate to think how much meat there is in the 160 gm pie !!!
