Once you pay, it is very difficult to get refunded! Very unpleasant admin experience received. Cancelled course immediately. Even escalated the admin lady and hoped her manager would be able to resolve it and get the refund to happen quicker, however I experienced the same service from her, she refuses to commit to an SLA/Timeline of when my refund can be issued and keeps on telling me that she's resolving it internally and I must just wait. Very unprofessional service. I am not sure if they have changed management because I do not remember receiving such poor service 10 years ago.
Doing my APBA here. Best lecturers around and very practical learning using every day business situation.
Training great food not so good
They took my money and never refunded
Do not waste your time! Initially I was very excited to start this course as the content of the course was presented in such a manner that made me believe that I could learn an enormous amount of business strategies that would assist me in my current role as a Sales Analyst. I finished the course in March 2019 and was left feeling that I have wasted my money. On top of that, I am still waiting for my certification nearly 3months later. On some days lecturers didn't show up for classes of which FTI did not inform us of. We give up a full Saturday for numerous weeks excluding travel time for a company who teaches you to communicate effectively, but cannot practise it themselves. I'm writing a bad review for two reason, first being that there is no point phoning as they never get back to you no matter how many times I've called and secondly, because if I had read a review like this one that I'm writing now, I would have most certainly considered other options before committing to FTI.
