Fat Cake City Olivedale Randburg

Personally I love this place for some really decadent fabulous fast food. When I'm driving past I always find myself turning in to grab a sneaky something. Try the Cheesy Sputnik Russian- cheesy sausagey mashed potato goodness-deep fried!

The worst fat cakes we've ever had, from any fat cake city franchise, or fat cakes store actually. Savory mince fat cake had no taste, bacon and cheese fat cake had 2 slices of processed cheese which tastes horrible, chicken pops was probably a week old and as dry as could be, chicken mayo probably had no mayo whatsoever.

I love russian and chips and they didn't disappoint Food: 4/5

Terrible experience. I ordered two large Russians and chips and got one large Russian and one small/medium sized Russian and was told it was large. Anyone can tell by looking at the picture that this is clearly not the case. The staff were very dismissive of my request for a large sized Russian saying who must then eat the one I requested replaced. They also were dismissive as they just wanted to lock up and leave, this was on Saturday 16 Oct, 19:55. The staff did not care to make this right. Pls see below image of what is supposedly 2 large Russians. I feel completely robbed of my money and as a loyal customer, they have surely lost me. This is the one in Olivedale. Staff were not interested in helping me at all. See pictures.

It wasn't the first time I bought Chicken strips Roll, Tomato nd Lettuces was old and brownish. Their Meat also tasted like it's been there for 3 days to an extent that it invited flies. I'd never again visit this shop. Disappointed for the 2nd time

Only buy chips from this franchise. The meat is of very low quality and smells and taste horrible.

Fat Cake City Bergbron - they lick fingers when packing your order. Go read the reviews about this place. They are terrible. The owner dont give a shht, coz he still making money

I waited nearly 20mins for my order, it wasn’t busy at all and we we’re about 4 customers in total from around 20:15 yet both my chips and chicken burgers were cold and tasted slightly stale. What a ridiculous service
