The one thing about franchises is that you never know if you'll get the same level of quality at every branch. However, this branch of RocoMamas does not disappoint. Great, great food.

I had an unforgettable experience here at RocoMamas, their service is outstanding, their food is divine, and the atmosphere was very nice and vibey. Our waiter Lorenso was incredible and he had very good manners, and is very well spoken. In the end the evening was amazing!!! They are super welcoming!!! Definitely recommend them! Thank you RocoMamas staff for the birthday wishes : Kid-friendliness: Their food is very kid friendly, and the waiters/waitresses are very good towards the kids. Went there last night and very pleased with the service we received from Charlene, she was fantastic and so helpful and friendly, and very patient with us. The food was fantastic and so fresh and tasty. First Rome having the wings and I'm very pleased with it.

Leigh makes an excellent waitress and salesperson. She is very friendly, helpful and patient. Her service is supreme! I think the chips portions can be displayed next time, because I wasn't sure how big it will be until my order arrived.

I just got home from the restaurant. Spent almost R500 there. My take away order had to be rechecked by me as I had a feeling something was missing. My extra beef smash patty in my burger. Only to get home and see they didn’t add my chips. The waiters were all over the place and only one who had no idea what’s going on. Very sad and pathetic. I need to consider twice going there again.

Our dinner at Rocomamas Randburg did not disappoint. The food was delicious and I’m already excited for our next meal here. Leigh is an excellent waitress and made sure we were comfortable, happy, and enjoying our evening. We’ll be back soon

What a wonderful night we had at Rocomamas ferndale, our waiter Diaho was such a vigilant young man,he made sure that we are well,he kept checking up on us and the food was great...what an amazing experience we had...we are surely gonna come back.

My partner and I went out to grab a bite to eat. As we were sitting undecided we figured we order drinks in the meantime. I ordered a beer on the tap Craft Beer and my partner a passion fruit and lemonade. We waited close to 15min and everyone that came in before us was served. I raised my point and the manager seemed to not believe what went on. Left us to go investigate and came back to apologize. I honestly would have understood if someone just came to explain that the will be a delay due to shortage of a certain drink. We probably would have changed to something else. The manager then came back and offered to cover the delayed drinks. After that I was not happy with the service and felt that he just wanted to shut us up. I ordered another round which I paid for and also tipped but I honestly don't see myself returning to that establishment. The service was terrible every one was just minding their own business not looking after customers. Probably the worst customer experience I have had at a RocoMamas. I don't know what it will take to get me back there but as from today I will even travel further for a better experience if that's what it takes.

A little disappointing, the centre is under going restoration, therefore we had workers staring in the windows. Quiet pricey for a burger that didn't look that great.Food: 3/5

Food was a 10/10, we had the rib and wings combo. The meal was tasty and well presented. Leigh served us, she was very friendly and warm, excellent service. Totally recommend asking for her when you visit. Experience overall was chilled, we chilled outside, super chilled vibes. Thanks Leigh!
