The queue is at least 3 hours long you would think they would have additional staff. They did not have all the books I needed in December so had to come back in January poor show for a school text book store. Get yourself properly stocked up from November

Promises were made, had to wait more than an hour in a queue for the supposedly kept aside books. The books were not kept aside. Why couldn't they just warn me that the days goes like this. 3 Kids in a queue, definitely not fun.

I feel for the staff working there! Chatted to the one to find they are on their feet for 12hrs a day, cannot break for lunch as we all left our book shopping which lists have been available for a while for the absolute last minute and then end up in a queue. Considering the arrogant, un-pleasant shoppers I witnessed, I'm a little in awe as to how they keep it together! Someone trying to join the line at 6pm they close at 4.. and then complained and whined when advised they were to late and they would not be able to help. Really not fair. Keep up the amazing work you guys do.

The best prices around. They were the only ones available to help me at the last minute. These kids are working so hard, working 12 to 16 hour days with only 10 mins to eat. They deal with an impossible amount of customers some of whom are very rude and do so with a smile. Being in the queue with the other last minute parents in January was my own fault, as I should’ve sorted the books out in November when the lists were sent out. Good job team. Don’t let these 1 stars get you down! They’re not true!!!

The most shocking service, don’t think these people even remotely understand the meaning of customer service. Schools should all find an alternative supplier.

You have the opportunity to buy new or second hand books, depending on availability. Their customer service is exceptional

No bad with stock. Pricing needs to be looked at. Takealot had alot of books for alot cheaper. Anyway, good store.

Great and professional service, was a long queue but it was managed well and went quickly.

AVOID this place, they do not allow placing of orders, going all the way there twice, the que is always ridiculously long, probably 3 hours wait because each client entering the door takes about 20-30 minutes, I'm sorry this place has poor management, if not they would see the need and improve their service,. I ordered from bookbound online, no ques, and they deliver, that's good service....welcome to the new age, you snooze you loose.

Take way too long to issue textbooks. Have queues going out the door but attend to one customer at a time. Not a good service provided by the team.
