The conversion of the parking lot into a taxi rank has made the Mall unbeatable to visit

It still needs some developments. On busy days you usually don't find any spot to park

It's a great place to be.. it Makes me proud of being born in this Town. Infact.. this mall is a face of this town.

Converting the parking lot into a taxi rank without making provisions for customer parking has made the shopping experience unbearable

Too small for this big town. But clean and ready for service every time

It has just about all the shops you could ever need

Can do a lot of things in one place so it saves a lot of time.

Shoprite is always packed with few slow cashiers on till points with stinking attitudes to top it, after standing for almost 45 mins if not more awaiting for this lady cashier to finish up serving her fellow colleagues they kept on coming in numbers and nothing was said to us about tge delay and there was no sign that the till was for the staff, I had to complain... it's when the lady decided to reel out the staff roll paper and asked another staff member to find a tape stick it on. If i didn't speak out of this behavior i can assure you we would've been standing there for 2 hours. To top it all, she had no urgency in what she was doing because she was also enjoying the chit chatting with her colleagues, Shoprite Fingoland Mall employees need to be taken atleast a crash course in customer care. The Manangers' Station was empty that time.

Convinient shopping space, just few shops they need to work on that one.
