The mall itself is a delight and you can easily find what you are looking for. It is however quite pricey which was a damper when looking for something affordable . Service was also quite slow at Wimpy and I ended up going to weigh something to eat at the Chester's deli, which had some nice meals even though the scale eas a tad bit on the upper side. What can I say, you'd rather reserve just a little bit more to get good service
Since inception, the mall has introduced a number of new outlets, providing the people of Queenstown and surrounding areas with great convenience. It was disappointing to note lapses in the maintenance of Covid-19 protocols in the facility. I used two entrances into the mall where at one end, the sanitizing dispenser was damaged while on the other side, the bottles were empty. You could tell from the condition of the two dispensers that the health and safety of thousands of patrons who daily frequent the facility was no priority to whoever managed the mall.

The mall is okay. The only issue is it shuts down during the holidays you can't even use the toilet facilities even though the cheackers and Wimpy are open.
Had a great shopping got every thing I need even got myself a traditional outfit Infront of Truworths entrance. Thank you for bringing us such an amazing shopping.
Security is tight and it's also exciting opportunity to me everytime i got to be there
Hungry Lion Nonesi Mall you can't swipe their speed point machine is not working they force you to go and draw cash, at this time of the month you stand bank Q then again you have to go back to Hungry Lion and stand again in the Q. To my meal l wanted ice cream also, so l bought the meal from the other till, then l have to go and take a Q on the other till for ice cream, starting at the back and your cashier's shame they are rude.
Very chilled, cool..has convineint shops..affordable shops..clean and spacious
Not a great variety of shops. Toilets not always available so be prepared. Mostly clothing stores with gimmick stores scattered around. Five or six good outlets and a nice Clicks, but usually very busy.
Comfortable under cover movement, shops nicely accessible. For a change not overcrowded. No new developments. Today 09/11/2022 the Christmas season can be felt and seen, decoration and sale with Christmas clothing especially for the younger generation. Today loadshedding made us to shop in the dark. Receipts hand written in some shops. Really tough times.
