Rufus Ellappa ,the President and Founder of Firm Foundation Ministries International Durban serves as leading Elder with a Leadership Team. He has been in full-time ministry for 38 years.
In July 1996 Firm Foundation Community Church was planted and this ministry stands today as a well established church. This year 2015 is Firm Foundation 19th Anniversary in ministry.
Within the 19 years of existence this church stands established with its own debt-free church building seating 1000 people.
It has built a church seating 200 people for the black community in New Glasgow ,with its own pastor.
It has built a church in Zambia seating 400 people with its own pastor.
It has also built 8 churches in India with its own pastors besides providing cycles for 400 pastors in India.
It partners with an orphanage in Chennai India for 18 abandoned girls.
Firm Foundation actively puts back into the community via feeding and medical projects.
This church also runs a television ministry with programs on Spirit Word Channel South Africa reaching to many parts of the world.The television broadcast is called 'Grace Awakening Truth Encounter'
Recently it embarked on starting a church in Cape Town, Grassy Park.From our history its been noted that wherever we started a ministry we grew from humble beginnings. At the moment we are a house group in Grassy Park looking eagerly to rent premises and get more established and to become a blessing to the community in Grassy Park.
Firm Foundation Cape Town is a congregation established in July 2013.
2015 has been declared as the year of favor and fulfillment.This favor and fulfillment is Divinely connected to Wisdom. Whilst our dreams and visions are God-given,our future is God -governed!
