First Car Rental Midrand

I have been using them via my employer for a few years and I always get the best service. Cars are always super clean and in great condition. I rarely wait longer than 5 minutes to get everything sorted and they are extremely professional. I will continue working with them as much as possible and luckily my employer mainly uses their services.

I had a good experience dealing with them. I made a booking and everything went smooth as clockwork. The car was ready and the service really good. I also had to extend a few times and the process was really simple and easy. The only challenge I have is that I was never offered a drop off or collect service - but to be fair I also never really asked so not sure if they offer it or not. Overall I would recommend as I would use them again if required

The receptionists were friendly and courteous. Very knowledgeable about their job. The car was clean outside with lots of dents and scratches. The guy who handed it over to me was also friendly and courteous but gave me a car in which the previous driver had messed it with vomit inside. The car was not properly cleaned at all. I showed it to him but no apology was offered or excuse for giving a paying client a car in that condition. He does not deserve to work in such a business if can't deal with customers in a better and respectful manner. He needs a course in customer care. Lastly when i booked this car on line there's nowhere that it said i would be charged for using that booking facility. But i saw on my credit card that they took R412 which i thought was a deposit towards the car rental but was their fee. I need someone to look into these complaints please and get back to me. I have pictures to confirm the condition of the car inside and the smell of vomitus. Yek !!! Thank you.

Staff very friendly

Good service from staff, we showed up last minute with out a reservation and there was no cars available, but staff made a plan and organized a car quickly. Several other companies turned us away, except first car. Thanks guys for going the extra mile.

Thuli, the agent who assisted me was so professional and considerate, I was very late to collect the car as I went to the wrong place. I called at 16h59 and she said ahe will wait as they were closing.

I called for a booking. The operator held me on line for 5 min. then I hang up. I went in the Midrand Office. Prices were in fact about the double than on the website and very small choice of cars.

Ive been using these guys for 3 months they have excellent services
