First Car Sales

Had a really great experience. The staff were helpful and weren't pushy at all. Prior to purchasing a car, I noticed it hadn't been for it's latest service, I pointed this out and they got it serviced for me at no extra charge. They were transparent about all the contracts and the financing documents. Definitely recommend First Car Sales.

Was very underwhelming and disappointed with my initial purchase but have to say they did pull through in the end and I can say I am happy with the outcome of my purchase. Was it not for the lemon I would have giving a much better review.

Unprofessional service. These people are not keeping to their agreements. I bought a car in March till today a cracked windscreen is not fixed and the number plate light. That's not all they do not do proper roadworthy check on cars. The car I bought had a mechanical failure the following day I took it from them. Afterwards they cry foul. The sales manger and the salesperson appear to be clueless busy giving me runaround. Bad experience with used cars. The only thing these people are interested in is your money, after sale assistance is KAK...Audi A4 1.8
