Where do I start? There isn't enough words to describe my disapointment.If I could I wouldn't even given 1 star. I bought a car in June 2021 with the floor price of 55k then they informed me about the 3200 admin fee witch I asked to be added to my bill we agreed that the only amount to be paid totals to 58200 with a monthly fee of 2150 over 18 months and that I'll recive my papers immediatley after my last payment witch was December 2022. As time passed the licence had to be renewed and when I informed them about it they said I didn't pay the 3200 admin fee so I paid it again, this year 2022 I informed them again about the licence since the car is not on my name yet and they informed me that I didn't pay the 4600 admin fee, after alot of fighting they deducted the 3200 and said the rest is still outstanding witch I paid AGAIN I paid my last payment in November 2022 and since then I'm struggeling to get my papers every time I ask them they say "I'll ask the supervisor" but nothing comes from it it's now the 27th of December with no luck. I WON'T RECOMENT FLAWLESS CARS TO ANY ONE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY FROM A HONEST CAR DEALER!!!! P.S I did receive my papers at last 2023 but now I'M STUCK WITH A LICENCE THAT IS A YEAR BEHIND BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T MET THEIR END OF THE BARGAIN. BUT THEY WANT ME TO REMOVE MY REVIEW?

I Victor Mahlalela bought a black BMW 320d in April 2020. it is my gratitude to recommend this dealership, from my experience i would rate this dealership 8 out of 10. The car is much enjoyably to me for now. Thank you so much to Mr Cyril and the team as a whole for your continued and follow up support further more keep it up the good work and quality customer service delivery. my advise is just to say the customer always comes first,. continue doing the right thing to your customers, you will benefit and receive much more than recent and move the industry to the next level. thanks once again for your understanding and the good deal you have offered to me. i am looking forward for your support at all times. i will definitely refer my colleagues and friends. i strongly believe that with my compliance and good service i receive, i will be able to continue utilizing the dealer for much more cars i need in future.

Exceptional Service one could ever get at a car dealership. The team keep you company and entertain you while you wait for the paper work to be done. I went there last week Friday for a Polo and to be honest I wasn't happy with the condition of the car but Cyril, Lisa and the rest of the team ensured I had a vehicle I was satisfied with. Went there as a client but I left as a friend, I even got so comfortable I ended up thinking am also part of the team. If you want a reliable dealer, go to these guys.

My advice is stay away. The prices are too good to be true. I went there, flew up from Cape Town to look at a car. I was assured that the car was perfect, just a touch up of scratches and a minor repair around the fuel cap. However the paint was completely different on both sides, not just the colour but also the texture. The LHS break light did not fit properly and it was cracked where it was forced in the smaller hole, I can only assume from an accident. The panels did not line up so definitely signs of an accident. The advertised km was 32000 but when I got there the odometer read 42000. The overall experience was not pleasant

Bought a car there in 2020. The dealership hid the fact that the car had been in a accident and invented another story to explain why the owner was selling the car. It caused me many issues with the car later on and costed me a lot of money, and this dealership refused to take accountability and to find an agreement. Staff has been deliberately not answering, and openly lying. For example, they said multiple times that they will come check the car the same day while never doing so. Or told us that the manager was currently looking for the part, but once we visited the dealership, the manager said he was just back from abroad and not even aware of our issues. They ended checking the car once, and refused to follow up with us afterwards. I would strongly recommend to avoid this dealership if you don’t want to be scammed. For your information: The staff asks client to post a positive review before handing over the keys to them. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. EDIT following the below response from Flawless Cars: - First, they already have all our contact details, we have been on the phone together multiple time, and they have been on contact with my wife over Whatsapp. Them asking us to contact them is just in order to look professional on Google. - Second, it is not a warranty issue at all. This is a scam issue. They sold us a car failing to disclose it was involved in an accident, which is against the law. And not only did they not mention it, but they invented a back story to explain why the car was being sold. I repeat, please don't use this dealership to buy a car if you do not want to be scammed.

Very very poor service this Cyril is not taking my calls. He sold my car and never refunded me back. This has been going on since 2019. I want my my money Cyril. Pay me my money back!!!! You are heartless I ve been to your premises crying for my money. I want my money!!!!

I'm glad i chose them to buy my car i have bought my car around February at Flawless cars after a long time of struggling in motor industry, Cyril was so Helpful and patient in the process of buying my car. At first i was not happy with few features on the car but Cyril made sure that he buys the original items i was complaining about, He even organized a brand new car key for me as the one they gave me when i bought the car was not properly working. they wash the engine for me the list is endless...i just needed to mention my happiness after leaving the dealership the customer service there its amazing. i would really refer my family and friends to buy from them, they dont run away from a problem but they face it.Especially Cyril he is so amazing with his customers.

When I bought my Mercedes CLA, Mr. Cyril went above and beyond to ensure I got the car that I wanted. He displayed a passion and tenacity that I am truly grateful for. He was efficient and handled all the documentation meticulously. I was so impressed that when I buy my next car, it will definitely be through him!

dont go to these guys, they gave me a car that they promised was not in a accident before which it was, there was parts missing like a bolt of the suspension when they said it went through COR and iv had to replace the clutch after 1 week of having it , panels falling of the car, I also payed 12500 extra for a warranty which they gave me no proof of and now wont answer calls they have scammed me big time
