I visited this place about 1 month ago. To be honest the venue is top notch but the staff are really rude. I was sitting at reception waiting to be seen to. There was a middle aged fat lady dressed in black who I assumed was the manager or owner and she was shouting at the receptionist in front of all the clients. She couldn't be bothered that there were so many clients there. When I asked the receptionist what happened she said that was the manager, Mandy and she always humiliates the staff. This last definitely needs to go for training or be removed from her post as manager. She not only embarrassed the receptionist in front of everyone she also embarrassed the company she works for. Very poor atmosphere for a professional environment
Service is poor and staff are arrogant at Connect Space Umhlanga. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. - 0 stars is better.
Neat and quiet environment. Construction work being carried out therefore limited under cover parking. Parking is available across the road at spar at 50 Rands for a full day
What a beautiful and neat office space to enter. Perfection at its best and nothing out of place. Very friendly staff. Well done!
