Absolutely disappointed with your service. I was assisted by a lady. I explained to her about the holiday we wanted to take. She went on telling me about the Captain pic on the wall etc...lol...I wonder why??? She wanted the details of my holiday to be email, which I did. 4 days later I had to go there and ask for feedback. She told me shes waiting feedback from Thailand. Okay cool...she sent me a quote which was sooo highly priced just for 10 days. I sent her an email to make an appointment so that we can discuss my holiday. Its gone 2 weeks and no responce from her. We need people who are passionate to assist holiday makers. Unfortunately I am taking my business elsewhere.

Flight Centre-Durban North is just an excellent travel agency to book/purchase flights. The staff here is just professional, polite, friendly and very efficient. They really make payment as easy and smooth as possible. And one does not have to wait too long. Great customer service and best value for money!

The agent was very rude. I forgot it was mrs who but from the south coast mall office. In shelly I would never recommend anyone to use your services.
