It's a wow from us From my first call and spoke to Jo until our last day was impeccable. It felt like home away from home .Rooms was cleaned daily. Full access to the kitchen My daughter enjoyed the free wifi .Thank you all for such a beautiful stay.Will definitely return
The place was neat but the driveway was by a corner where you cannot see oncoming traffic so it was unsafe. I made it clear on my booking that I have a pet that’s coming along. I asked for a family room that mind you had bunk beds and a sofa bed due to me coming with more guests. Nowhere did it specify that my pet needs to be paid for and you pay per guest. We received a very rude awakening half an hour before checkout that someone informed the receptionist that there were more than 2 guests and a pet and needed to be paid for. I disputed this with a lady named Joe who was very rude and cut the call in my ear. It never was about the money but more of the service and the manner in which it was done. The owner then came to sort it out, at first he and I had an understanding because he knew very well that the booking websites leave out details. However he then proceeded to comment racial slurs. “You people need to learn to be honest, that’s what’s wrong with the country”. His family members then proceeded to also join in and scream from their balcony “and they also brought a dog! I know they did!”. He then only apologised after we had said we’re going to leave a bad review. We paid the amount due and left, never will we go there again.
My first comment will be on the owner, she was so understanding as we arrived after check in. We kept messaging each other up until we finally arrived. Great location and clean rooms. The downside is that I booked knowing its a BnB only to find out from the manager that its self catering, I adressed this with the owner and told her she should update with the website I booked from. Overall the stay was comfy, near to many amenities. I will definitely be visiting again.
Place is cute, room are very neat but the service sucks, to many unnecessary rules which are not on the website and if that guy that came out shouting at us in morning for being in the pool is the own then he is one very RUDE PERSON.. overall won't becoming back again.....Rooms: 3/5
Very friendly service before arrival and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful but on arrival, having paid for 4 nights of the 7 already I paid the rest by eft and was told that I can only get the room key once my other 3 nights accommodation shows in the owners bank account. I made an immediate transfer but that obviously does not show immediately on the Sunday of Easter weekend. After I got a bit upset I was taken to a room which was paid in full for that night and the next 3 The aircon in the room did not work. The next day we were moved to a new room with an aircon. The rooms are not bad and fairly clean. There’s not much cupboard space. The kitchen and utensils was appalling. Photos attached. Utensils, pots and pans -bring your own rather. I won’t return. The location is quite good though. And after I complained about the fridge a bar fridge was put in my room.

Friendly staff and reasonably clean, but parking a problem. Can get parked in. No one on the property after 5. Ok for a night
Had to sleep in car first night, and full price was paid. Had flight delays, updated the guest house, via sms, email and phone call. Agreement was made to await, upon landing, was told to find accommodation elsewhere, and calls avoided.
Beautiful,friendly nd home away from home. It was my 3rd time using the accomodation but i am never dissapointed. The staff is very professinal nd warm. Loved the breakfast. Thank you so much yet again.
