Floating Bakery

Gave Gugu over 2 weeks and the cake was clearly done in 30minutes on the day of delivery despite numerous phonecalls checking up on the progress. Falling off and unstructured. Worst part is it was for a VIP client of ours. Had to return it for her to fix it. Not much was fixed. No apology given. Safe to say it was a very bad experience.

So, I gave Gugu less than 24hrs to whip up a cake for my daughter's 19th. Man, did she deliver! Looked as good as it tasted.

Worst experience ever. I was robbed paid her double the general fee thinking she would be able to pull it off but she didn’t. She was late and kept delaying it even though we had a set time. The cake tasted awful. The decoration was awful. I didn’t receive an apology nor a refund.

I received the worst kind of service, I asked for a spiderman cake and what I have received looks like a 3year old has done the cake. Its a mess, the worse part is that she did not even respond to my messages. The trauma she caused honestly I don't think she comprehends. Now I need to find another baker on short notice to bake my son a cake for his birthday!!
