This must be the worst service from a service in the food business ever. Couldn't finish my request when the lady butted in at the cashier. When I asked if you could do something I was immediately shot down. Sonics not always what a baker can do or can't, it's how you treat your customer and the manner in which you speak. Spoke to someone who also spoke to the same lady and confirmed she got an attitude. We don't need this in the food industry. Maybe it's because I'm not white. But I sure hope it's not that.

Friendly and helpful service. Quick and speedy. Freshly baked items is nicely displayed. Atmosphere and look is pleasant. The freshly baked pancakes is well baked and has enough sugar almost too much in. You can have orders specially made and delivery is on time. Even a taste option which activates the sweet tastebuds.

Pancakes was good but it soaks in sugar, asif the lid of the holder fell of, but the shop is great and so is everything else, just pancakes drenched that it looks like toilet paper. Il come back next time to buy a few to see how it is after since im a pancake lover, and please, this isnt a complaint, just trying to give some ideas

Bought Lamingtons for a function. Could not serve them as they were too soft and breaking up. Returned to shop the next day. Did not get a refund for a product I could not use. Was offered something else but I explained that I did not need anything else. So I left the shop without a refund or anything else as I was not just going to take something else for the sake of it. Very disappointing. I will not return to this shop.

Bought a cake for my husband's birthday. When we sliced it, it was rotten! Went back to the shop and they refused a refund stating that they can't gurantee the cake will be fresh. I will never buy from them again.
