Dr Zano Tyranes is the best and most caring, considerate Chiropractor I have ever dealt with. He helped me with a severe back injury, explained things simply and checked up on me during my healing process. He has a very calm, comforting and friendly demeanor. I also sent my mother to him and she was extremely impressed, saying that she will be seeing him every time she visits JHB because of his amazing service.

I've been in the care of Dr Zano for several years and can attest to his thorough assessment of my back pains whilst also offering sound advice on how to continue the therapy at home with exercises. I have found him to be extremely professional, highly knowledgeable in his field, with excellent bedside manner. Highly recommended.

Dr. Zano is a fantastic chiropractor. He has helped me with knee pain, costochondritis, and back pain. He is a natural healer and always explains the cause of the pain and then ensures that I get immediate relief. Not only is his theoretical knowledge outstanding but he is able to get your spine moving, either with spinal manipulation or using dry needling. I am not a fan of needling but Dr. Zano has always been gentle and is very empathetic. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Was a bit difficult to find due to signage however the service more than made up. Professional, caring, understanding Chiropractor who gives all the time and attention you require. you can ask lots of questions and he patiently answers. instead of treating patients like a flock of sheep, he provides quality consultations.
