I had a very difficult request, I was sending flowers to a lady with no details contact ect in hospital Groote Schuur. I can only say that Flower Moments, in particular Samantha, went over and above customer care. She made sure that the flowers I ordered got delivered- Thanks again for helping me, and for the beautiful arrangements.
My poor husband was completely ripped off by Flower Moments. Turns out he paid R470 to have this measly bunch of flowers delivered to my office on Valentine's Day. Less than a week later and the flowers are dead, with the Lily's never even opening. A bouquet at Checkers is bigger and better quality at half the price!
I just want to say a big thank you to Flower MomentsShanaaz n Samantha. I contacted her last night @ 8 to ask if she could help me out,short notice. She woke up early this morning, made the flowers had it ready before the service started @ 9 this morning. Exceptional service.
I've never felt so important and special as a customer in my entire lifetime, I got in contact with FLOWER MOMENTS this morning I needed to get a bunch of flowers and something sweet delivered to my MUMS workplace as it's her 60th Birthday today I'm unable to be there in person as I'm away on work duties.... Samantha answered my request and handled all my requirements like the true professional. She's a very kind and generous lady. She handled my order from start to finish with no hick up and got the items delivered with almost an hour to spare. This is a prime example of excellent service and the best Customer interaction in terms of communication. I'm yet to experience the same commitment from other companies in the same industry. I WHOLE HEARTEDLY RECOMMEND them for all occasions. Thank you for making my Mother's BDAY extra special FLOWER MOMENTS and everyone involved especially SAMANTHA you are Amazing
Very poor flowers and worse customer service. Flowers looked lovely when delivered but were dead 2 days later. Obviously very poor quality. I have emailed twice to the business but no-one has bothered to reply. At the same time I had flowers delivered from Alison's in Bergvliet and they lasted nearly 3 weeks! You decide where you would rather spend your money.
DISAPPOINTING! My daughter who lives in London paid approximately R1200 for a bouquet of flowers for my Birthday. This was via a web site called A Better Florist which I have found out was in Singapore and I have emailed them and my daughter was given a 10% return. I was supposed to receive the bouquet on the Saturday, my Birthday, it was delivered on the Thursday and I was then asked by Flower Moments if they should take it back and return it on the Saturday!! For the above amount I received 17 large roses & 4 sprigs of greenery, wrapped in brown, tissue and cellophane paper, tied with a raffia bow. I was shocked to find out it cost this amount. I phoned Flower Moments to query this. I was informed that they only received about R600! In other words, A Better Florist charged my daughter R600 for setting up this order with the local florist, Flower Moments. I do not feel that the bouquet I received was worth R600 even if this included a delivery fee! I think this whole deal is a scam and a COMPLETE RIP OFF!
My partner was ripped off when he placed an order from France. The very poor bunch came without the vase he ordered and were already dying. It last 2 days. Never again!
The service at this florist down the street is amazing. The owner is very meticulous and makes sure that you get what you want. If you are looking for a professional florist, I would strongly recommend Flower Moments.
The hooked me up with a beautiful, last minute bouquet of flowers and, despite my budget, added more than I paid for Incredibly appreciated
Always receive beautiful flowers and an excellent service.
