No one know NIKS at this branch. Had to thereafter call their call centre for assistance.Same story you go from one department to the next Always robberies at this branch. FNB needs to look at better training and invest in more security at this branch. Make your customers feel welcomed and secure. DO SOMETHING, MAKE BETTER CHANGES.
Absolutely SHOCKING service. Spend 2 hours this time on the phone from Australia to try and sort out credit card fraud error. Still unresolved. I was just getting passed from one person to the next. Two weeks prior I sat on the phone from Australia for an hour, same issue. Still unresolved . I emailed a week ago and no response.. Appalled at the service I have received. I am needing to use my credit card and can't get any assistance!!! Sorry sorry stage FNB. Your service is shocking.
My goodness how things have changed, from receiving good service to getting absolute shocking service, can not believe how rude the so called manager speaks to people,,, Dino you should learn people skills, he then talks to relationships lady Cherylee and they discussed how stupid a client was... Shocking
Poor service and ticket system does not work. After waiting unnecessarily long, left and got quick service at another branch.
States that the branch opens at 9 but they open whenever they feel like it. Waiting 20 minutes past 9 and doors still aren't open.
Operations manager is useless and incompetent, won't be using that branch ever again. Something strange is going on there.
