FNB Bank - Hayfields Shopping Centre

This bank simply does not phone back and do not keep their commitments, we have been waiting for a call to set up profiles which should be done in 48 hours it has been 15 days. The business bankers do not return calls even for clients that have been with them for 25 years. What a dissapointment!

I want to highly commend a staff member, Akhona who assisted me with professionalism, calm and patience on Wednesday 1 November 2017 at the Hayfields, Pietermaritzburg branch. She went the extra mile to help me with an urgent issue. I do hope that the manager of the branch will see this and will let her know. A very big thank you to Akhona!

Worst service ever, as per experience, if you deposit money into some one's account, the reference is a personal reference. My reference was a student number and the unhelpful lady running the branch says "the system is not allowing it".

Attitude of the teller was horrible, I closed my account and moved to Standard bank

"How can we help you" is an amazing slogan that the staff strive to live by.
