Trish Sutton has had constantly FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE with brilliance. From been met at the door by a lovely, on the ball Security guard, to excellent service from the staff, to the nurses and definitely the Doctors. I have to mention my Doctor I will never change, Dr. Gaza. Absolutely fantastical service, and her knowledge is so fabulous that she must have a 6th sense. She knows how to treat you 100%+.

Hi.....Today I tried phoning reception for a query and had to listen to a lengthy message on the phone from Medicross answering machine....please can Medicross cut this message a little shorter or change it to perhaps Dial 1for reception 2 for nurses etc... it is really too long to listen to..what if it was an emergency.... I then tried an alternate no and got through to dental dept and as I was voicing my dismay about the lengthy answering msg the phone got slammed down in my ear.........very unprofessional receptionist perhaps she needs training on how to be diplomatic without being rude.... Time.8.50

Radiology lady Kerry was extremely rude. Lady has no sympathy for another human being. If one is having a bad day please don't take it out on others>>

Nice facility that my family has been going to for a long time but Dr Lawal comes across as just going throught the motions, somewhat disinterested even.

The doctors are really good. But the service is not that great unfortunately. The staff I came across on the day were not very friendly, hardly zero smiles, and not very supportive. However, the doctors are good and I guess that is the most important thing. The center is well kept and clean. The online booking system at the moment also doesn't seem efficient as there was a mistake with my booking where the information of the confirmation was correct on my phone, however on their side they had something else.

The hospital is so clean and staff very friendly when walking in the isles. One can see they are well managed.

Seen Dr Van Jaarsveld, very efficient and consistently good service from him. He is an asset to this business.

Recently visited the dental department with my son received the most amazing service from Angie Freddy Head of Department - Dental. Its rare to find people who so genuinely show concern for the people they serve. This remarkable women went out of her way to assist me and my son who was terrified to be at the dentist. The dentist Dr Govender and his assistant were pleasant and very willing to help. They made the ever dreaded dentist visit for my little boy a pleasant one.I want to say thank you fro the wonderful service you render to your patients.We need more passionate people like yourselves in the health industry. I would recommend any mom and child to this facility.A therapeutic environment for a dental visit.
