Very bad planning going on at this branch. 1 teller to service normal transaction's and forex. Received a ticket for an estimated waiting time of 5 min, waited 45 mins. This business maybe needs to look up the definition of estimated.
Terrible, slow service with a bad attitude. The staff seemed entirely disinterested in helping me conduct a simple forex transaction. With no other customers at the teller I was was told to go wait at, I sat and waited for more than 30min for someone just to come to the teller and do their job. Despite their being no one else but me waiting in line. The management at this branch needs to pull their socks up and start making sure people are actually doing their jobs.
Pathetic. Everyone in the queue 7 people waited 45 minutes or longer to even enter the bank, where we then joined another queue. In the meantime, many people who joined the queue behind, left. No explanation for the ridiculously long wait. With no warning I can't access my account, I send an email, no response, forcing me to come to this dirty and inefficient excuse for a branch. Meanwhile I'm paying continually increasing parking fees because this branch can't help more than one person in 20 minutes. Best advice, close your account with FNB and join any other bank. This service makes me regret every day I've been an FNB customer.

FNB promenade mall have very bad service. After a hour a Mr Petersen came to help me, after I called him. His attention was not to help me. Pathetic service at Promenade mall FNB branch.
Entered the premises, stood at the entrance, 3 employees passed me not asking whether I've been assisted or not. Used self-service to be issued ticket uncertain of whether I have selected the correct option. Sitting and hoping that I have selected the correct option and not waste my time due to the lack of service. Tickets suggests 5min waiting period, left after 20min of no communication. Customer service lacking big time, no eagerness in assisting customers.
Shocking service. No one returns calls. Easier to talk to the president of the country than any management at fnb. Staff have no regard for customer time. Team leaders are just as bad. Don't open an account at fnb.
Worst FNB branch ever.I don't know if it's because they are understaffed or whether it's because some of the consultants don't know what they are doing. Never go there on your lunch time , you will get fired because you will take hours trying to get help with a simple thing.
Don't be fooled by the size of the branch. Everytime I have ever visited the branch, I've walked out not achieving anything. Personally think that FNB is pushing to many of its services online, now you end up going to a branch just to be informed that you have to call in.
