Nedbank Brackenfell

Disgraceful service and attitude is all I can say. Management needs to have a bomb planted under them, if they worked any slower here they would literally stop. Lots of people walking around shuffling papers and looking important, helping customers, yeah not so much! 45 minutes and waiting, tick tok, tick tok!

Nedbank Brackenfell is terribly slow. It is best to drive to another branch. 1 hour waiting today

Bronwyn welcomes, acknowledges and greets you upon entering, always makes sure you are assisted promptly. She goes the extra mile to make sure you leave a happy customer. Natalie thank you for your spontaneous and Humble personality it shines super bright.

People dont like going to the bank on a good day due to long lines and waiting periods. However Natalie went above and beyond for me. Nothing was ever a problem. She stayed in touch with me every day and even messaged days later to find out if I got everything sorted. Thank you for assisting me and being so caring. You are definitely my go-to person.

The service at this branch is far far below that of other Nedbank branches. The wait is ridiculous, last time i spent 45 minutes in the bank for a simple transaction. Today i am again waiting and there is absolutely no haste in this place. But in just a few minutes Janine Achilles completely changed my few of Nedbank Brackenfell. She was efficient friendly and professional. Thank you Janine

I dont want to complain, but geez guys. The service is pathetic, 3 very old people in the branch and they just dont care. 3 employees standing at the door but only 1 cashier? Please explain that to me xD but when I ask what is going on then they make me feel stupid.. Nedbank save yourself some money and employ new people, theirs alot of people who would love this job for half the money

Wanted to close my account with Nedbank for the worst service in Banking. Thank you very much for your help Marianka de Bruyn. If it wasn't for you, i would have closed it. You are a real lifesaver.

Good. They do as they advertised. That's what I call integrity. You may just feel safe. Keep observing any Bank you may have communication with. Whether they do you finance or you just get their brochures, track their truthful adverts to reality. So far, Nedbank did it. Thanx Nedbank so far. Nice I think for now... , Well I follow...
