I was disrespected and called out of the branch for accompanying someone to the bank. I have never been this disrespected, and I hope this will be forwarded for review. This was the worst branch I have ever visited, they do not know how to treat customers. Customer satisfaction should be one of your values. The manager did not speak to the guard who shouted at me, but left the situation by claiming he will talk to him. They should treat all customers with respect.
Clean and organized from the queues to the service given by the staff.
Just ok. Gets very busy during month ends. Also due to its very small and cramped space there are usually lines and service is sometimes slow. I would recommend using the other banks in the main mall or other FNB banks elsewhere in the city.
Best service ever.. hands down
