Waited on the outside line from 10h00, took long on the outside, then again wait very long inside and left the bank at 13h45. The good thing is only that I had that temper and patience and I thank God for giving me that strength. Many people left the line after waiting for so long.
I am not happy with service I received, I didn't even been service because of they quee system is not well organized. Manager must organize training for the staff.
Slow. Minimum agents to help customers makes waiting forever.
