I am a business banker and required urgent assistance,I waited 2 hours and nothing was done!! They rather loose clients than assist!! If anyone is deciding to join fnb I advise you to think twice!! The only thing they can say is oh!!
Firstly, as a new client, this is was I noticed, it's a clean and modern branch with comfy chairs. I waited about 5 mins to be helped and got a good service from the customer care lady. They helped me set up my online banking on the laptops available and showed me around the FNB ATM with detailed explanation. The manager was walking around checking if everyone has been served or has a ticket. There is also a security guards present at all times. Keep it up
The service in this place is very bad, I waited for 45min before I was helped. Madness
Very disappointed with service from teller. They can just flat out refuse to help you and just direct you to ATM for cash deposits. If a CLIENT accepts the fees for cash deposit and asks for help and still you have to basically beg the teller to do his job to just get a response go to ATM. If you dont accept cash please close your tellers and let your clients know that they can maybe find another bank that can assist. this is not the municipality there are other choices. FNB "how can we help you" I would recommend that maybe revise that quote or be nice and direct clients to other banks please just to save the over worked staff at the branch some time whereby they can relax and let the CLIENT solve his own problem.
Maxwell Shushu is fantastic, he is the best banking representative I have ever met! He is fast, efficient and patient. FNB make sure you take care of him!
I was assisted by a Lady by the name of Thili. She was patient, and went beyond expectations to make sure my query was resolved. A whole hour if not more, but her patience was something else.
Poor service, every person standing around, no one assisting, out of the 5 booths 1 is working.
Terrible experience. Trying to re-activate my bank account was worst than being held at gun point... I will be looking for a new bank with better continuity protocols. A big thank you to the gentleman who assisted in the end.
Honestly the best service I have had at a bank. I just had to print proof of Residence. The staff member met me as I entered, asked me what I wanted, and then pointed me to the laptops where I could login. He showed me where to click after I had logged in, and he then showed me to the printer available to print it out. In and out in 5 minutes.
I went I to collect my card. Waited over an hour before I got up and left. I asked if there was not a dedicated person to assist with collection. Answer was no, all staff help everyone. FNB might as well be a government department. Take a days leave, go to bank, get a ticket and wait all day to be assisted.
