FNB Rivonia

Very slow and unfriendly. One consultant working and 5 empty booths. Worst branch I have been to. The past "6 minute wait" has been the longest 45 minutes of my life. EDIT: 6 minutes is going onto an hour now. Wow.

I went in to meet with the Business Manager Pearl, who was absent from work at the time, I was connected to her via her cell number, explained myself as to what I was looking for, she promised to email me a response the same afternoon. 48hrs later I had not heard from her. They are all sleeping on the job. FNB Management must read these reviews and do something about this pathetic customer service.

These people are not professional and do not have the same product knowledge. They think you are there to make them look busy. Not worth the 1 star.

Pathetic service. Call from home because there is a problem with the business account, business banking person says go to your nearest branch and talk with the consultant, arrive at the branch the consultant say, we can't help you from here, you need to be in front of your computer, get home speak to yet ANOTHER business banker that forwards me to 3 different departments, each one saying a different thing, go to bank, go on your computer, etc... And finally I speak to someone that was decent and willing to help out with the situation and offer advice and managed to help us solve our issue in less than a day! You can do better FNB.

Website stipulates that they close at 1pm and the security rudely shewed us away saying they are closed when we are arrived at 12.

Please update your operating hours on Saturday. It is NOT 1 AS PER GOOGLE it's 12

Says they close at 1pm on Saturdays but they close at 12pm. Pathetic

Terrible branch.The manage is incompetent and the stuff not trained.I had a very terrible experience at this branch.I will never ,ever go back!FnB is a good bank, I prefer the branch in Bryanston shopping centre or Hyde park.

The employees are not supportive at all ..from the moment I entered he was nagging it can't be done and i had to force him to check the possibility. Better go to Santon or sunning hill.

I have been trying for a week to get through on the provided telephone number. And unable to get hold of our Business Account Manager on his cell phone - number rings and no response to text messages.
