First off you close all the branches near me and make me travel out of my way to an inconvenient location. Only to experience the worst imaginable service... No tellers... Bad attitude... No aircon... Disgusting!!!!! I highly recommend to anyone in their right mind to never bank with a bank that gives absolutely no regard to their customers... I've just edited my review to include the fact the all the customers behind me are all walking out in complete disgust and annoyance lol. You guys have the perfect recipe to lose clients and treat people like dirt, it's simply PATHETIC LOL at your incompetence!!!

You call this number and it goes straight through to a voice message indicating you have come through to their "Voice and Fax" message service, nothing else, prompting you to leave a message!

Waited a period of 1hour 40mins today to see a consultant.

One of the worst branches to visit... always busy and always understaffed.... COVID is not an excuse for terrible service.... long queue of clients and about 4 people to help them. One of the reasons I moved to Discovery.

There is never enough cashiers to assist. The queues are ridiculous. Very poor management especially around the festive season.When you do get to the cashier's they are are having a fat chat and pay no attention to customers. Terrible service! Stay away.

You are incompetent because you have not bothered to change your business hours on Saturdays. Wake up! ! ! You also annoyed me by telling me only when I arrived at your branch, that you are open on Sundays, but I can draw cash. You need to advertise this and wake up!

Painful to work with especially as an SMME. They state they move your business forward but actually do everything possible to drown you in admin and hidden fees. Go next door to FNB.

Please change your false saturday trading hours as u are misleading us by stating 8:30 to 3pm for saturday where as they clise at 1pm. Im so irritated bybthis false advertising
