Food Lover's Market, Willowbridge Tygervalley

Wish I could give zero stars. Bought the feta and spinach quiche today, and I bit straight into a garden snail!!! I phoned the store and they dismissed my complaint.

I love this outlet. Always neat and clean and always great deals and value for money. A huge fresh produce variety to choose from. They also have a large butchery with all the meat you could need. Bakery in store. Also groceries can be purchased here. A lovely coffee shop/restaurant extends the diversity of the outlet and many ready to eat meals you can purchase to take home. Definitely worth a visit, you will not be disappointed. Greatly upgrade in 2021, now with an even better shopper experience. An awesome store.

The store was impeccably clean and well-organized, with clearly marked aisles and a wide variety of products to choose from. I was able to easily navigate my way around the store and find everything on my shopping list without any hassle. What really stood out to me was the quality of the products on offer. The fresh produce was of a particularly high standard and looked as though it had just been picked that morning. The checkout process was quick and efficient, and the cashier was friendly and helpful. Overall, my experience at this supermarket was excellent, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a high-quality shopping experience.

Brownies were good. Salad was sparse for R70. 00. A teaspoon of cheese in a chicken and cheese salad. The coffee stand outside, blatantly ignored me. Didn't acknowledge me or anything. They had one customer and 2 people working. You could see they were pretending not to see me. I suggest closing it as it is useless! I left after not placing an order after 5 minutes.

The food is always fantastic. It's really fresh and mostly well priced. Do not miss the daily and weekly specials. Check out the newspapers for these specials and go get them!! The meat selections are the best out there. Varieties available make Willobridge Food Lovers one of my favourite shopping venues around. When I walk through the meat section, I just want to go light a fire and braai. Bought lots of fish here and never had any issues. Always came out great on the fire.

Fresh fruit, vegetables dairy bakery goods and groceries quality is fair I bought fresh pastries and was disappointed in the product it was very dry and tasteless. I would think that if you starting a new line and you actually advertise it as a new line you would make the effort to make it moist and flavourful

I want to give willowbridge a 4 star hence the 3 star but I am a bit disappointed in the way the loadshedding meals are packed. The rotisserie chicken is not part of the bag. And my husband just took the bag of R109.99. So we basically paid for rolls and salad for R109.99. And we only saw the mistake when we came home. The manager will know who I am because I came back immediately after checking my till slip in the car. The cashier cashed up my loadshedding meal for R199.99 instead of R109.99 and she cashed up ×2 long life milk where we only took 1.. Yes we got our money back but we were still without our main meal which was the rotisserie chicken. Luckily I bought a eisbein with veggies and that was our lunch today on this Sunday

Fruit and vegetables always fresh and very competitively priced. We have also enjoyed delicious, fresh items from their bakery, including muffins, scones and hot cross buns! Their chicken mayo sandwiches are great and generously filled with chicken, lettuce, tomato and cucumber.

Great service, quality and reasonable prices. When in Cape Town and residing in the Northern Suburbs, best place to get all your vegetables from. Especially a fan of their pre-packaged stir fry mix, a must try!!!

One of my favourite Food Lovers market's. Meat, fruit and vegetables always good. The fish department can definitely do with either more staff or faster staff- they really take their own time when one orders fresh fish. I once saw that the baked cheese cake wasn't fresh but otherwise it is one of the things that I always buy when I do go there
