A beautiful setup in an amazinglu beautiful area on Rosebank. An amazing host made us feel welcomed and adhered to strict covid regulations. Our therapists Bontle and Caroline were absolutely amazing. Their pricing is affordable with amazing specials.

Went in for a full body massage and facial on 15 May 2022. That was good, although rushed. The changing room needs a lot of work- the toilet seat in there looks old and a bit rusty big no, nowhere to keep our belongings but on a chair or on the bath stair horrible. I also forgot my prescribed glasses in the changing room and when I came back for them, apparently they have not seen them. I was very disappointed. I am still very hurt and angry. Definitely never coming back!!!

the ladies were nice and professional. The place was clean and neat.

Rosebank spa -the room smelled like paint, change rooms not done, no curtains, toilet not working and wrong size flip flops and robes. The ladies added hot stones without advising of the charges and only when we had to leave they asked for money for extra services and said it was not part of the package. We could not offer cash and that did not sit well with them. Rip offService: Massage

Exceptional customer service and very accomodating. I was late for my booking and I was never treated as such. They were very accommodating to my situation. My only recommendation it that you please accommodate the plus size community, consider their gown sizes and comfortability on the massage tables

A slight mix up but staff reacted promptly and management contacted me immediately to rectify the mistake. Beautiful premises.

Would just like to thank you for an awsome time at your Spa, the two ladies who were our massage therapists for the session were absolutely great and we enjoyed the massages, facials & the good laugh. We will definitely be back..

The pictures are not as per the salon. Definitely not private bathrooms have no curtains and the special is actually rushed. The ladies are good with the massage. The place needs work.

The customer service was great, beautiful atmosphere and they understood when we ran a bit late and we still got the full experience. Highly recommend!
