I recently had a bike repair done at this shop and was blown away by their exceptional customer service. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my bike was in top condition. I highly recommend!

I'm highly pleased with the service. Very nice contact, friendly, uncomplicated and reliable.  Parking directly in front of the shop.  High quality of the work done, I have full confidence and feel valued as a customer.  I would go and buy here again and again.

Got my very basic bicycle serviced there at quite an expensive rate. New tubing included. Front tyre went flat within days without bicycle being used. Requested my old tubes back. Received them without valves.  I compared them with another bicycle service experience in Table View and FM falls desperately short. Thank you, but never again.

Kudos to Boyd and the Team at Forward In Motion, an amazing team that are friendly with a wealth of knowledge and experience. I was in the market for carbon wheels as well as a new cassette and Forward In Motion made this entire experience as seamless as possible. I have definitely found my go to place #ForwardInMotion

Anele was super helpful, i bought a bike from someone in Capetown and I stay in Pretoria. Bike was dropped off with him and he took care of everything. Great service!

Cycle shop with convenient, safe parking. Had my bike setup done. Very professional system used leaving one with a degree of confidence that performance will be positive. Now to go ride.

I was looking for new shoes quite urgently and was running around to every bike shop in the area. These guys were absolutely amazing and went out of their way to help me!  Top notch customer service, even ended up going back with my bike as I needed help with a quick maintenance issue! Again the legends in the shop were super helpful and sorted out the issue in record time! Will definitely go back here and would highly recommend them to anyone whose looking for decent advice shopping for a bike!

Bought a Wahoo Kickr Bike and the whole experience was top notch.  I took my Racing bike in on the Saturday and finally ripped myself away from chatting to staff and other customers and they delivered both bikes to my house after work ready to ride. They even did a bit of work on my Racing bike for free. Great advice in store and if they feel you need something they don't have or if you need a service they don't specialise in they will recommend other businesses. Real Local spirit. Great to discover Boyd and his gang even though they have been around over 2 years from what I read. Forward in Motion is my new Local Bike Shop from now on.

Great service. Know how to build a set of wheels properly. But best part is operating hours for sure, no more rushing in CT traffic to get to a shop closing at 5pm
