Terrible service, incorrect sizing, rude and extremely unhelpful staff. Am forced to support them as it’s my kids school uniform provider!

Terrible customer service. Staff does not care. They provided the wrong size in the order and when I called to ask if we can exchange it was confirmed with staff but after driving all the way out there, they ended up not having the size I had ordered. I am forced to buy here because its the school uniform shop.

I have been waiting since January 2023 for my child's school tracksuit to arrive and they still don't have stock by April 2023.

Bought my kids tracksuits in May got it in August only cause their factory doesn't bulk produce yet they are the only supplier for my kids school. Also I paid full before hand and when I picked up the item I was informed I had to pay more money. Why? No one told me. So ask another of question on purchasing items from them and don't expect to find much in stocks. So if you do get something take it. Also fit it on your child cause their cut is not true size.

School clothes good quality. Unfortunately a long wait if your items are out of stock

I visited this store today in order to buy high school closes for my eldest son. The staff were amazing! Especially the younger lady that was on duty todaysorry I didnt get her name. She helped us with great tips on sizing and was so quick and accommodating! What was expected to have been a long shopping session, turned out to be a breeze! Thank you!

Very poor service when it comes to school uniform, I purchased a school winter jacket and paid for it thinking the process will speed up on the 6th of May 2022 today it's the 27th of May 2022 the school jacket is still out of stock mind you it's winter. The service is extremely very poor. I wish the schools had another second supplier as an option.

Always good service, phones were dead due to network today but overall when I got there and they were open I was really happy.

I am forced to buy here because it's my kids school cloths only supplier. The shopping atmosphere is always tense. Customer service is not up to standard and feels like you forced to smile otherwise you will not be served.
