Great online shop but poor choice of courier services Rhenus Express. I'm afraid you are only as good as your weakest link.  Update: issue well handled and resolved by Luke from Ace Sports. Good after sale support.

Advertisers products in stock. You then go ahead with the sale and make payment, only to be informed they do not have stock and can't get any. So you are left having to wait 5 days for a credit as well as bank costs. Rather support a shop that actually has stock on hand.
