Pleasantly Suprised. From order to delivery 2 days.  Fantastic prices. Great service. I'll Def buying from here again.

I discovered a Greenrich lithium battery online and verified its availability through a phone call before proceeding with payment. However, after making the payment, the Foto first informed me that they currently don't have the product in stock and that it may take up to two weeks for them to restock it. I requested a refund, but they have been avoiding my refund request, claiming that they need to wait for the owner to return. This situation is completely unacceptable, and it is beginning to seem like a scam. I highly recommend avoiding this seller to prevent any unnecessary frustration and financial loss.

I ordered a Instax mini Evo.  Foto Discount world gave me the best price on the package I received contained a case for the camera and some film. I also ordered extra film because they are not so expensive then what other places are selling them for.  Delivery was quick, I ordered my device on Monday and received it on Wednesday and it arrived in good packaging and the device was in great condition.  I Would definitely recommend them.

Talked to a guy by the name Phillip. Gave him the specs of what im looking for just gave me an attitude and said we cant help you get the model number. Im limited in the area of cameras and i want to buy the right item he couldnt help

Misleading marketing on webpage indicating stock levels until you order...then you receive a message stating that the equipment is ordered from the supplier. It looks like these guys are known for this.

I am very happy with their service and their prices. I did have a previous "unhappy" experience with FDW with stock shortages and delays, however decided to try another purchase with them after many years, as I have continually found them to have the cheapest prices during my online search for products.  My most recent purchase with them was ultra- smooth and very prompt, and I received the ordered item the very next day in Carletonville, an outlying area.   Based on my past not so happy and recent VERY HAPPY experience with FDW, I would recommend that for those who are in a rush & need their purchases to be delivered quickly, it's best to confirm stock by calling them prior to purchase to avoid delay and disappointment.  Their website is very user-friendly and generally does inform of stock delays and shortages, but it's still best to confirm timelines prior to purchase factoring that most camera equipment is imported.  Thank to Gert for helping me during my purchase. I will definitely be purchasing from FDW again and I highly recommend them.

If you buy something with warranty just forget about them honouring it. Take your money to takealot or makro

Wow!!! Absolutely brilliant service and very friendly staff. I had many questions on the purchase of my first digital SLR camera and every single last one was answered in a very professional manner. The service I got made my planned sub R10 000 purchase to turn into a R25 000plus exercise. Well done!!
