Foto First Rosebank

Not even one star I would give !!! I went there and asked for hard paper printing!!!!! And she prints normal A4 paper for me ! And tells me it’s 56R! For 6 pages of colour printing. Don’t know if that if supposed to be the price don’t think so. And after that I’m complaining that even in the A4 the colour is fading. She tells me I can’t do anything. HATED IT. BAD SERVICE

Sandton shop double charged me perhaps by mistake, but both staff there had terrible attitude. Only found out I was overcharged when I decided to print more at the Rosebank store very friendly staff. Called Brett from headoffice and he helped sort things out within a few minutes. Thank you for fixing a mistake so efficiently and professionally, otherwise I would never print at FotoFirst again, not being able to trust the staff that work there.

Terrible experience trying to get a passport photo. I asked first to make sure they could manage the specs, they brushed me off, insisting they could. They took the photo, it was blurry, zoomed in too far and there were reflections in my eyes. I complained but they brushed me off again. I left to post my application, but the assistant agreed the quality was terrible. I had to go back in total 3 times with a baby! just to get a photo of semi-good quality. I am still scared they might be rejected. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS!

Accessible. Quick to get there from the parking. They have range of frames too. Friendly staff. But printed ID photos not great quality. Not sure why not bright!

Bit pricey for the simple frames but very nicely to get photos and canvas done. Thanks for the 5% off guys. If you could make specials I'll certainly come more often. Especially for the frames 0_0

Had to surprise my girlfriend with a print and arrived late at the shop but the lady working there did me a favor and worked over time for me. greatest service.

I requested simple ID photos and it took over 1 hour to print. I understand from the staff that the machines take a significant amount of time to start running but the delay was unacceptable.
