Lovely place to live at especially those who are looking for starter homes, and those who wants quiet and secure premises. 24/7 security at the gate, strict control of people and cars coming in, digital means of clearing vehicles and identification. Definitely a good place to recommend to anyone

Well I stay here, the place has its own challenges but is ok for anyone new in the property markert

Booked accommodation for a night on our way to Hermanus and we were VERY disappointed. The place looked like it had never been cleaned or upkept. Towels looked dirty and were littering the bathroom. There was bags of rubbish lying outside on the patio. The fridge was full of spiller alcohol and frot meat. The bed sheets stank and were stained. Overall felt very dirty and unhygienic.

Children riding schooters, it puts a Driver in a difficult position we have to be extremely cautious driving at 30 km/h

DO NOT rent from the "Stay Longer" company. They give you this half deposit, half rent promotion but at the end if the rental they will deduct all they can from your deposit. They are not trustworthy and they lie about terms and conditions in the lease. Atrocious. We took care if the place but the agent found everything she possibly could to deduct money from the deposit. We got nothing back.

It's okay. The houses are built very cheaply and they are very small, also very closely built next to others. But it's not all that bad. We received good service from the office. I won't live here for years and years, but that's just my opinion. Maybe this will be the perfect place for someone else who doesn't care about a lot of space & privacy.

Pathetic. 6 calls that goes straight to voicemail 5 emails No reply

Some of their security measures are not necessary . How can you ask delivery guys to be written names and taken pictures everytime they get in yet they get in the more than 5 times a day

Often noisy until even after midnight.

My family and I are currently staying on the estate. But after our experience, we wont be staying here for long. When we first moved in we thought it was the perfect place. Until there were things around the unit that needed to be fixed. More especially my door and mirror that had been cracked. I reported the matter to the estate agent who assisted us with the property and then later the estate manager. They kept making promises about sending people to attend to the matter but nothing has come of it. I have been waiting for a full 6 weeks for people to attend to my unit and nothing has come of it. The service here is really appualing. They are very quick to send notifications about payment yet when it comes to customer complaints, matters get addressed very slowly. We are not happy at all.
