Ordered an omelet with salad, was brought out but no cutlery, waited 10 minutes , no apologies , by then the omelet was cold as i was sitting outside on the deck. I hate having to ask! I will recommend that they send the servers on a course at a culinary school. I for one will never eat there again.
Definitely coming back to try your lunch with a glass of vino! Free range chicken And that smell of fresh bread oh my..... 10 points for not smelling like another coffee food shop! Even though deli was busy - service didn't lack nor qualify of food! Simple quick meal yet tasty and fresh Ah! The coffee another awesome bean.... just yummy Could shop at your bakery same time... well stocked Well priced And best ciabatta EVER!!!!!!! Absolutely deserved 5 stars
Had a lovely experience here today. Marc waiter greeted us with the warmest smile and gave us great service beginning to end. Elsie was also great. The Fournos breakfast was tasty and satisfying, and their spicy chai warm beverage was delicious. Will visit again.
The service is not the best but not the worse. They really tried to make the best out of very bad prepared meals. The eggs Benedict sauce was old, hard … likely microwaved after forgetting it. We sent it back and it has been not much better… we got a farewell free chocolate croissant for free to make up for it UPDATE: The link from your response isn't even working 404 Error
Fournos Bakery is a wonderful spot! I had their chicken pasta alfredo for lunch and it was so good! The pasta is cooked just right and the sauce is super creamy with the perfect amount of garlic and Parmesan cheese. And, they give you a huge portion that will leave you feeling stuffed. Please keep it up!...and shout out to our waiter Marc for the exceptional service!
Hi. Such a huge fan of Fournos usually and buy regularly from them but so disappointed with my experience. I placed an online order for cake with a specified birthday message only to have received standard cake with no message and it was for a birthday party. What is the point of the online ordering process if clearly it isn't checked or understood. No one was even very bothered or concerned. Please don't offer online services if it can't be maintained. Now a whole birthday memory has been ruined.
Bought a cake yesterday. I wanted a fresh cream vanilla cake, only to find out that the cake is not what i wanted. We were told its fresh cream but it was butter cream and too sweet. The bread was like half baked and not soft at all. It spoiled my girls birthday.

They were busy. But, no excuse for having to ask for additional cutlery for a table of three, having to ask for butter for the toast with breakfast, having to ask for a fork for the cutlery that was delivered short, mediocre breakfast. Had no choice our usual perfect Mugg and Bean had a waiting queue to be seated. Really poor experience, pity the staff are friendly, but this was just a never in a life time to be repeated experience, stay away - I should have known better.
The service was horrible. I've been there many times, it seems like the service is getting poorer each time. We ordered drinks but the order was never put through to the kitchen then a different waiter came after 5 to 10min and too our drinks order again. When the food came I was served in a disgusting plate I couldn't even eat from there.
