Worst Service ever!!!!! I contacted the PG Glass call centre on 16Jan'23 for a quote on windscreen replacement for 3 vehicles. Kyle assisted me and emailed me the quote. He advised that he would notify my closest branch, Fourways Crossing and order the windscreens for me. He also advised that John would contact me once they were received. I have called a number of times, been to the shop and still no windscreens. Salesman are rude and ignore you and still no response as yet 6 months later I contacted them again this morning, and hoping that Earl will have a response for me shortly. I have never ever had such bad service, what happened? PG Autoglass used to offer great  service???Service:&nbsp;Auto windshield replacement

Zero service. I have 2 winscreen claims outstanding for 3 weeks, one, they dont have the glass, the other, managed to get an appointment I think, their call cetre is useless, took my car in, they told me it would take 2 hours, so I waited, 2 hours later, they handn't even taken the old glass off yet, and thye don't care that they are wasting peoples time. No regard, or consideration that people have got better things to do on the weekend than sit around in a waiting room for PG Glass not to do their job. I could have accomplished so much more todat if it wasn't for these clowns. Don't recomment, Momentum insure is just as badService:&nbsp;Installation

Submitted an insurance claim via the website over a week ago, no response, called the call centre a few days ago and they said my claim had been assigned and someone would be in touch. Still waiting.

I did not get good service, at all. Still waiting for them to get back to me regarding a windscreen for my vehicle.

Unfortunately they do not care for customer service, I am extremely disappointed with this branch and PG Glass head office. Their windscreen installers are friendly but they do put their fingerprints everywhere inside your car and therefore get my 3 star rating.

My gut knew from the moment I engaged with the PG Fourways team that I wasn’t going to have a good experience. The no-care attitude at the front desk speaks volumes. Needless to say I am still waiting for my quote.  I doubt I will get one at this rate. Sky Auto Glass came back in a flash.Service:&nbsp;Auto windshield replacement

20220121: Upgrading to 3 stars the highest I could offer for my recent experience with them. So far so good - no leaks or wind noise. If it was done right the first time - I probably would have given 4 or 5 stars.  20220103: The PG Glass branch has reached out to me - and things are looking better: 2 stars. Earl the Manager on duty was professional in dealing with the situation. He put forward an alternate reason plausible I'm told for the leak, but endeavoured to have the poor fitment fixed. Still evaluating...  20211229: As requested, I have re-captured my issue using your Review System. For now, your rating remains 1 star.  Original rating: Superior Quality Products. Possibly. Seriously Inferior fitment. Definitely! After having my windshield replaced, there was wind noise from poor fitment also a little damage to the roof panel from a screwdriver it seems. Rainy season came along, and now I discover that the windshield leaks. Because of this, I will go out of my way to tell people not to make use of their service if this is the workmanship they deliver. Incredibly angry.Service:&nbsp;Auto windshield replacement

Great service. Was in and out in a jiffy.

Poor service, they charge me for an original windscreen but they used cheap, fake windscreen which I could have got for R1500. The car hood lining was damaged and when I went for compliant they told me it was not them i.e. the hood lining just damaged itself or VW sold me a poor quality.  Whatever that you do check the quality of the window and if the hood lining is not cut, that if you go to them.
