We were sitting in the cold while customers who came after us were offered to sit inside. Further the manager never approached us to find out about the food or service. He was too busy entertaining people of his own kind. Will never recommend this place again. Very bad first experience.Food: 1/5

09.09.2018 Firstly let me say why i am giving them such a high rating - their service. From arrival to the time we left, every single staff member was friendly, welcoming and so helpful on a freezing cold morning and our waitress Precious was a super star. As for food i think we were too adventurous or rather the menu is, and our food took quite a while to arrive.  In theory the combos sounds fabulous, but taste wise it isnt.  I tried the New and Improved Americano Breakfast. Sadly i think not. Triple decker flapjacks with scrambled eggs, bacon, sauteed mushrooms, cheddar cheese covered with maple syrup. I'm not sure if a fried egg would do it better justice, the mushrooms tasted like canned mushrooms and the cheddar went hard so i literally lifted it off and put aside. I would have rather just had the flapjacks with bacon and maple syrup and maybe feta cheese?  My friend had the Breakfast pizza which looked really good. My mom had the usual breakfast stuff, simple yet effective. Bacon, Eggs, Toast, Tomato and Chips. My sister tried the Salmon Stacker. Again this stacker thing isnt working.  They do however make a mean Cappucino with the Perfect amount of fresh cream. The menu has great variety. To order in their Whatsapp Line is a mission. They Can't seem read your details and just put anyone's details and address in there. It's taken me over an HOUR to order 2 pizza's. And I'm still waiting. Ridiculous!Food: 4/5

The daily breakfast special is amazing only R55 comes with either coffee or tea the food is nice and the waiters are always friendly and helpful. The manager is always trying to make the experience better.Food: 5/5

I will never ever go to delforno sunward park the reception there is very bad if you are black ....the worst by far the boss keeps on shouting at his stuff like they have no feeling I felt so unwelcome at this restaurant and can never recommend it to anyone it's upsetting to see people treated like that infront of customers......that is why the stuff keeps on making mistakes because they are given runaround by the boss It is very unprofessional of him to do what I saw him doing .....what I hated the most from this restaurant is that you have to be of a certain color to be considered I have been to so many delforno restaurant but I'm very disappointed with DELFORNO SUNWARD PARK

Came to del forno for breakfast. 1. Coffee machine not working. 2. Waitress so slow in getting things to us. 3. Opted for tea. 4. Tea came with no milk. 5. Asked for milk, hot milk. 6. Milk came after a while, and we were told that they couldn't make the milk hot. I get it's load shedding etc. But guys, come on! Rather close shop if your things aren't working, and then open when lights are on and everything in working order

I'll start with the good. I ordered online, and the experience was good. It did arrive a bit after the time estimated on the order, but nothing drastic.  I ordered 3 medium pizzas, so we'd have a variety to eat and they were the size expected. They had a really nice amount of topping and all tasted great. No complaints about the food.  The not so good. Ordering online is convenient and works well but the UX could use some work. It looks quite dated and it could be more intuitive. When you order, the only confirmation you get is the one from the payment gateway. There's no confirmation SMS or email and no updates. And you really don't know where in the process your order is or when it's getting delivered. I know that's how it always was, but since you can track everything these days, it feels a bit stuck in the past.

I expected a lot from Del Forno as we've ate at many others before but the Sunward Park branch is really not a good place to eat, the boss is unimaginably rude and disrespectful and this is not the first time we have seen this behavior, the food you order you don't receive, but I do also blame the bad management, you disrespect the staff so publicly that they will eventually mess up, you can't eat at a place with vibes like that.

Ordered for delivery on the website. Had difficulty making credit card payment. Got a call from Lisa saying she can see our order but that we are having difficulty making payment, can they send the order and we pay with card? Now that is being pro-active.

I have orded online and have been waiting two hours for delivery that I have paid for I phone to inquire after a hour and a half and they said they are sending it out if you don't have a delivery service please don't take orders I would have orded from elsewhere now the money is out of my account and don't even know if I will receive my food today I Orded at 6 now its 8????
