Panarottis East Rand Mall ticked all the boxes for me. We were warmly welcomed, led to our seats, treated with great respect, and I enjoyed the cleanliness of the restaurant. As for the food, what a joy! Rich flavours on every slice of pizza, while the kids enjoyed the kids combo which includes a choose of meal, soda, ice cream and a party pack. What an enjoyment for them as they also get to play under supervision.  Freshly prepared delicious pizza and I couldn't get enough of it, all the way home. I absolutely love it! The restaurant is well maintained. The service is adequate and the prices are generally better than most places. The seating is a bit limited but we were sorted out in the end. Food is good too. I'd recommend stopping in for a quick bite and drink to reenergize your shopping journey.

Went there with my friend and her daughter. Staff is great but with the Dros situation you would hope there would be an adult at the kids play area, it was sad to not find one thereObv didn’t complain coz you don’t want to be “that person”

Toilets - I have ate at this restaurant many times and always found their toilet dirty which has brought me here to review them. Urine and toilet paper on the floor, a bad odour from the toilet. The toilets are for their patrons yet the upkeep is disgusting. It needs to be cleaned regularly during the day and not just one time a day. This is a restaurant and the cleanliness of their toilet facilities is a cause for concern.

Pizza was cold. Garlic and herb flatbread cold and old. Poor service.

Waiter was nice and quick food was well presented delicious and generous portions. Music little bit loud.Food: 5/5
