Received a body massage and facial that was amazing here. They give great massages that make your body feel relaxed after. However, the place has a very open plan with cubicle like rooms, meaning that you will hear people walking around or talking. In terms of cleanliness, the place overall was clean, but there were no towls covering us, instead it was a blanket, I personally associate towls as something that is easier to clean than a blanket at a Spa, so it is something to consider if you come here. With this, I came here in winter, so it is generally cold. The rooms were freezing, and in my room/cubicle there was no heaters. However, there was a heater in the other room where someone else was receiving a massage. When it comes to service, it is Top Notch! They are all kind/friendly and ready to help you whenever you need. I would come here again, but in summer,so I don't freeze when I'm trying to relax.
Prompt response to questions. Appointments are quick and easy to make. Staff are always helpful, friendly and caring. Treatment rooms are always clean and smelling fresh. I would highly recommend The French Clinic, Bedfordview.
I have been going to the french clinic for the past few months and I am so pleased with the results. The french clinic offers a variety of weight loss programs and treatments that are tailored to each individuals needs and goals. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. They take time to listen to my concerns and provide me with personalized recommendations that have helped me to achieve my weight loss goals. My journey at the French clinic has been nothing short of amazing. From the very first consultation, Jenny treated me with kindness, empathy and care. She goes the extra mile to ensure that I stay my course and always gives encouraging words and provides much needed motivation. I have already lost 8kg in less than a month and I couldn’t be happier. The program is easy and safe and I would definitely recommend the French clinic to anyone who is looking for a lifestyle change and a healthier and better body!

Great customer service. I went for facial peel, was warmly welcomed and received the best service one could ever ask for. The people were kind and made me feel comfortable and explained all the processes to me. My acne is no longer extreme and my skin feels fresher and looks radiant.
