Went for the fire and ice facial. Definitely not worth the price even at the discounted eid special price!!!! I can buy serums an rub them on my face myself. Also the lady at reception offers complimentary hand and foot massage. A lady came and lotions my feet. Definitely no massage. My aunt gets forgotten about and had to query why she didn’t get it. No hand massage was done. Will definitely not be back here!!!!
Loved my recent experience with Prie! Service is good and they do take care of you. Pricing is reasonable. Winter days are a bit cold in the rooms but the bed heaters seem to help somewhat. The spa could do with a bit more ambience, but you could overlook the pricey candles and welcome drinks in lieu of great service

Zanya spa is the best of the best. My go to place for all my beauty and relaxation needs. My therapist Prie is amazing at what she does! Having just started my laser journey,i am so impressed by the results after just 2 sessions! I barely have any hair,and i usually have a really bad hair growth due to hormonal imbalances. As a Doula, I have to ensure I take rest days and self care days to give the best to my clients,and after months of hard work,birth clients and postpartum sessions,Zanya is my go to for a lovely relaxing massage and pampering ..

As a Counsellor, i get prone to physical and mental exhaustion. Zanya spa is my go to for pampering. From the friendly receptionist, Julie Ann to my therapist, Victoria, my treatments are always exceptional. The care , love and attention to detail are stand out points.
I’ve been to many spa’s in my life and this one sorely disappointed me. My waxing treatments took up way too much time and from past experiences in other spa’s, were not done correctly. When I got home I realized my eyebrows were not even done properly and the right was awfully thin while the left eyebrow remained full. My skin was sticky for about 3 days after my waxing treatments which has never happened and my skin was agitated seen in the pic of my arm. Thereafter I was scheduled to have a French manicure and pedicure to which the therapist 45 mins on two fingers and couldn’t get it right because they ‘did not have the correct brush’. If this is the case, why take the appointment? Rather be upfront with your customers. Aside from this my cuticles were pushed back so badly even after I told the therapist she was hurting me. This may sound like a gross exaggeration but each time I reached into my bag for the next two days the pain was still there. Really disappointed as it doesn’t feel as thought the staff are trained correctly, the products used are subpar and the experience as a whole was so awful. I will never go back.
The people there are really kind and clean the gave us complamentry snacks and offered beverages there is a lot going on as in walking to the gate to open for people and going to fetch tools I think they should get a gate guy and focus on the cliant but over all well done ZANYA I'll be back soon!
