A tranquil well-rounded wellness centre. With a gym, pool, jacuzzi, outside massage area and leisure spots.  With the Melville Koppies as its backdrop and an artsy aesthetic. The Furnace has amazing coffee straight out of ouma's coffee pot. I always leave the premises feeling good!

This place is unreliable and quite frankly don’t care about customer service! We received a confirmation email for our booking but when we showed up there was no booking.  We then reached out to the manager Ipileng for help and almost a week later she hasn’t responded!  We treated them with respect though out but clearly they don’t respect us as customers.

Absolutely love the place! Very affordable, clean and refreshing environment. Everyone greeted me with a smile, and the session I had was definitely worth the price. Can't wait to come back again

Hi it was my first time in the spa and I must say that it was an amazing experience and getaway for me It offered everything I expected and more. Definitely going back for massages with my daughter and husband and the cost is reasonable

The professionalism of Melville Wellness Spa is lacking. Their response times are slow, and their customer service is subpar.

The staff was very accommodating and professional.  The prices of treatments are fair.  The only reason I can't give them 5 stars is because they could make slight improvements here and there like for example the canvas by the jacuzzi needs repair and shouldn't cost too much to do.  All in all it was a good time with friendly service.

Waste of money, we were rushed from the half massage to the food ND Jacuzzi as they took on to many customers on woman's day. The staff member with short blonde hair was very rude & unprofessional. Will definitely not be going back.

Great staff and treatments. Wonderful experience. We had the all in one spa package which consists of a massage, mani, pedi, and a facial.
